Man in critical condition after car crash in Denmark

A serious traffic accident in Kjellerup, Denmark, has left a 52-year-old man in critical condition. The collision occurred Friday afternoon at the intersection of Astrupvej and Industrivej, approximately 15 kilometers north of Silkeborg.

Midt- og Vestjyllands Police confirmed that two vehicles were involved in the crash. The 52-year-old man was airlifted to Aarhus University Hospital, while the driver of the other car, a 69-year-old man, was taken to Viborg Hospital.

According to police, the accident was caused by one of the drivers failing to observe the right of way. Both cars overturned and ended up in a field adjacent to the intersection following the collision. The area was initially cordoned off but reopened later in the afternoon.
