Manchester United Secures Santos, Nears Tielemans Deal

Manchester United has signaled its intent to challenge for the Premier League title by making significant moves in the transfer market. The club has reportedly secured the signing of Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos from Chelsea for an estimated 50 million pounds, including performance-based bonuses.

The arrival of Santos is seen as a key step in manager Michael Carrick's rebuilding plan following a disappointing previous season.
