Mary Linda: Funeral for the great lady of Greek song at 10:00 AM

Mary Linda, a celebrated figure in Greek music, has passed away at the age of 91. The singer, known as the "great lady of Greek song," died last Wednesday, leaving behind a rich artistic heritage that defined an era.

Her funeral service is scheduled for Friday at 10:00 AM at the Church of Agios Andreas, located within the chapel of the Athens Gerocomium. This location held personal significance for Linda, as she spent her final years receiving care and affection there. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at the First Cemetery of Athens.

The family has requested that, in lieu of floral tributes, attendees make donations to the Athens Gerocomium. This gesture serves as an expression of gratitude for the care and warmth the institution provided her during her later life.
