Masked vandal shatters Channel 12 glass doors for second time this month

Tel Aviv police are investigating the vandalism of Channel 12 News' headquarters after a masked individual shattered the building's glass entrance doors overnight Tuesday. This marks the second time this month such damage has occurred.

Security footage shows the suspect approaching the building with their face covered, carrying two bricks. The individual threw the bricks at the doors, causing them to shatter, before fleeing the scene prior to police arrival. Authorities have not yet identified or arrested any suspects.

The recent vandalism follows a pattern of incidents targeting the news company. In recent months, Channel 12's offices have been defaced with graffiti. One message read: "To the criminal police and the channels of injustice and foolishness against those who study the holy Torah, I will settle the score with you. Consider yourselves warned, sons of death."

Police also investigated that graffiti incident but have not identified a suspect. Similar acts have targeted other media organizations in Israel, including Channel 13, which had graffiti sprayed on its offices in November 2025 reading, "The blood of the traitors will yet be cleared for publication."
