Mayor criticizes Finance Minister's 'take it or leave it' attitude on municipal compensation

"The government left us with our hands tied, and one cannot engage in dialogue with a threat hanging over us," stated the socialist militant in an interview with Cooperativa. She was responding to the minister's alleged refusal to discuss alternative compensation formulas for municipalities that will lose revenue due to the tax changes.
