Mbappé, Tchouaméni, Cucurella, and Konaté join Real Madrid after World Cup

Kylian Mbappé, Aurélien Tchouaméni, Marc Cucurella, and Ibrahima Konaté have officially joined Real Madrid's training sessions following their post-World Cup vacations. The quartet underwent initial medical examinations at the Ciudad Real Madrid and will complete the remaining tests after training at the Hospital Blua Sanitas Valdebebas, as confirmed by the club's official website.

With their return, coach José Mourinho is nearing a full squad, with only Jude Bellingham still on holiday after his World Cup commitments. The team also anticipates potential player movements in the summer transfer market, with arrivals and departures still possible.

Mbappé, a World Cup semifinalist with France and the previous season's top scorer for Real Madrid with 43 goals, is back to bolster the attack. Tchouaméni also returns after his international duties. New signings Cucurella, a World Cup champion with Spain, and Konaté, a French international defender, will integrate with their new teammates.

Meanwhile, Ivorian Yan Diomandé and Belgian Thibaut Courtois have rejoined group training after individual sessions. Injured players Raúl Asencio, Ferland Mendy, Éder Militão, and Rodrygo Goes continue their rehabilitation processes. Real Madrid's final pre-season matches include the Trofeo Teresa Herrera against Deportivo de la Coruña on August 12 and a friendly against Schalke 04 on August 16, before commencing LaLiga against Espanyol on August 22.
