Collingwood coach Craig McRae has sent a message of support to Bobby Hill, a star player seeking to cut short his contract with the club. McRae reiterated that Hill, as a premiership player and Norm Smith medallist, will "forever be welcome in our four walls." The coach was speaking ahead of Collingwood's upcoming match against Adelaide, which he anticipates will have a finals-like atmosphere. He noted the team's high energy in training despite a short turnaround, suggesting veteran players, including Scott Pendlebury, might not be rested. Josh Daicos is expected to play despite an ankle concern, and Jeremy Howe is also likely to be available after recovering from a calf injury.
