The donation was channeled through the band's charitable foundation, All Within My Hands, which supports global communities through social responsibility initiatives. The Cardiff Foodbank described the gift as the largest ever received from a celebrity.

The food bank's operational costs are projected to reach £700,000 this year, while donations have decreased, and demand remains high. The cost of living crisis is impacting everyone, leading to a 27% drop in food donations compared to last year, despite the number of people needing assistance remaining constant.
