Metro Candelaria hosts 'Llanero: Pasión por el Futbol' exhibition by Daniel Aguilar

The Mexico City Metro is inviting commuters to experience "Llanero: Pasión por el Futbol," a new photography exhibition on display at the Candelaria station of Line 1. The exhibition showcases the work of photojournalist Daniel Aguilar, offering a visual journey into the world of neighborhood football.

Featuring 22 photographs, the collection captures the spirit of "fútbol de barrio" (neighborhood football) across Mexico City's "canchas llaneras." These images portray football not just as a sport, but as a vital space for community, passion, effort, and local pride that unfolds every weekend.
