Mexico City Metro closes Insurgentes station due to fan gathering for World Cup match

Adrián Rubalcava, director of the Metro's Collective Transport System (STC), announced the closure, citing it as a Civil Protection measure for passenger safety. The area around Paseo de la Reforma, where the Angel of Independence is located, is expected to host various events, including potential concerts, to celebrate the match's outcome.
