Mexico City Police Promoted for Foiling Armed Home Invasion

In a commendable display of valor, four officers from the Mexico City Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) have been promoted for their decisive actions during a home invasion in the Lomas de Chapultepec neighborhood. The incident, which occurred on April 4, saw the officers bravely confront armed assailants who opened fire upon their arrival. The SSC highlighted that the officers responded to the alert of a robbery in progress, encountering two suspects fleeing the residence.
