MG Launches ZS Hybrid+ SUV at GIIAS 2026, Special Prices for First 1,000 Buyers

Morris Garages (MG) Motor Indonesia has officially launched its ZS Hybrid+ SUV at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026. This hybrid SUV represents a new addition to MG's electrified vehicle lineup in Indonesia and introduces the brand's latest generation Hybrid+ technology to the Indonesian market.

Jason Huang, CEO of MG Motor Indonesia, stated that Indonesia is one of the first two countries to receive MG's newest Hybrid+ technology. "We present the MG ZS Hybrid+ as an answer to the paradox of modern vehicle needs, where consumers consider various aspects a vehicle must possess," Huang explained.

The MG ZS Hybrid+ comes in two variants: Ignite and Magnify. The standard prices are Rp 329.9 million for the Ignite and Rp 359.9 million for the Magnify. However, during the launch period, MG is offering special prices for the first 1,000 customers: Rp 299.9 million for the Ignite and Rp 329.9 million for the Magnify.

This SUV utilizes a Hybrid+ system that combines a gasoline engine, an electric motor, and a 3-speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission. MG claims this system offers eight hybrid operating modes that automatically adjust the engine and electric motor usage to balance performance and fuel efficiency. For safety, the MG ZS Hybrid+ is equipped with 15 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features and seven airbags, and it has achieved a five-star ANCAP safety rating. The cabin is designed for spaciousness and practicality, with ample storage and various comfort and technology features for daily use.
