Michelin Bib Gourmand 2026: 97 eateries in Singapore make the list, 10 new additions

The Michelin Guide Singapore has unveiled its Bib Gourmand selection for 2026, celebrating 97 eateries that offer excellent food at moderate prices. This year's list includes 10 newcomers, expanding the recognition of Singapore's vibrant culinary scene. The Bib Gourmand distinction is awarded by anonymous Michelin inspectors who assess establishments like regular customers, ensuring a fair evaluation of quality and value.

A significant milestone has been reached by 17 establishments, which have consistently retained their Bib Gourmand status across all 10 editions of the guide since its inception in Singapore. These long-standing recipients represent the enduring quality and appeal of their offerings, highlighting their sustained commitment to providing great dining experiences.

Among the 10 new additions is Xiangyee, a restaurant specializing in Hunan cuisine. Other new entrants include Boon Keng Road Fish Head Bee Hoon, known for its signature soup; Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette at Newton Food Centre; Jia Xiang, recognized for traditional family recipes; King of Laksa; and Rajarani Thosai, a hawker stall offering a variety of thosai and appam. Seng Kee Black Chicken Herbal Soup, Tian Nan Xing Minced Pork Noodle, Xiu Ji Ikan Bilis Yong Tau Fu, and Yi Pin Wei Braised Duck Kway Chap also join the prestigious list.

The full Michelin Guide Singapore 2026 selection, which will also include Michelin Star recipients, is scheduled to be announced on the official website on August 4. The Bib Gourmand list serves as a guide for diners seeking delicious meals without a hefty price tag, showcasing a diverse range of culinary options available in Singapore.
