"We are the only two women heading a government in the EU. One of us leads a large country in the South; the other, a small country in the North. But we are united by our desire to defend Europe," they stated.

The two prime ministers asserted that they are promoting rigorous migration policies both nationally and within Europe. They highlighted the negative impacts of illegal immigration, including increased crime rates, pressure on public services, and erosion of public trust. They specifically condemned violent crimes, drug trafficking, and sexual violence committed by illegal migrants.
