Model reports ex-partner for child abduction, unlawful restraint

Model and influencer Sara Soldati has filed a complaint against her ex-partner, Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio, accusing him of withholding their one-year-old daughter.

According to a statement from Soldati's lawyers, Del Vecchio has allegedly kept the child, Bianca, on his 72-square-meter yacht since July 9. The lawyers claim he has prevented Soldati from boarding the vessel and seeing their daughter.

Soldati reportedly boarded the yacht, docked in Cala di Volpe, after persistent insistence. Her lawyers state that she was ordered to turn off her mobile phones and put them away before being allowed to see her daughter in the presence of about twenty people. They further allege that Del Vecchio, with the support of his own legal team, prevented Soldati from taking Bianca with her or being alone with her.

The situation escalated when, according to the lawyers' account, a third person allegedly snatched the child from Soldati's arms. Following this incident, Soldati went to the Carabinieri in Porto Cervo and filed a complaint against Del Vecchio for unlawful restraint.
