Moldova Declares Pro-Russian Group 'Eurasia' Extremist

The "Eurasia" organization is alleged to be under the control of Ilan Shor, a prominent pro-Russian oligarch who has fled the country to evade legal prosecution. Shor has been a central figure in Moldovan politics and is associated with various alleged corrupt schemes.

The decision to label "Eurasia" as extremist was formalized by the Central Appeals Court in Chisinau. This ruling came after a formal request was submitted by Moldova's Intelligence and Security Service (SIS), which presented evidence supporting the designation.
