Mother of teen girl who abused PM Modi upset as 'FIR not withdrawn' despite apology, claims CJP

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has raised concerns that a First Information Report (FIR) against a teenage girl for allegedly abusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi remains active. This comes despite the girl issuing an apology and the Prime Minister himself stating he has forgiven the young individuals involved.

On behalf of the Cockroach Janta Party, I assured her that no legal action will be taken against her child. I also assured her that we will extend every possible legal assistance and ensure the girl receives any counselling and support she may need during this difficult time.

Lawyer Ratna Singh, representing the CJP, reported speaking with the girl's mother, who is distressed by the ongoing media scrutiny. The mother feels the family is being "hounded" with questions, even after the teen released a video apology. Singh assured the mother that the CJP would provide full legal support and counseling for the girl during this difficult period.

The FIR was initially filed at a Noida police station following alleged derogatory slogans used during a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar on July 23. The case was later transferred to the Parliament Street Police Station in New Delhi.

I came under the influence of some people at the protest and said a lot of bad things against the Prime Minister. I apologise to the entire country. I am so ashamed. I can't even look at myself. Please forgive me.

In her apology video, the 15-year-old girl described the incident as her "first and last mistake." She explained that she was influenced by others at the protest and expressed deep shame, asking for forgiveness from the nation. Prime Minister Modi had previously acknowledged the anger surrounding the NEET paper leak protests but urged compassion for the "misguided children," even after his own late mother was targeted with abusive language. He emphasized guiding the youth rather than punishing them, stating, "I want to forgive them."

Not only was I subjected to abusive language at Jantar Mantar, but even my late mother was abused there with filthy language. But abuses never solve anything; let's guide the misguided. I want to forgive them. People make mistakes, but it was a cultural shock that our daughters are using such abusive language. We must forgive our youth who were misguided; after all, they are our children. It's our duty to show them the right path.
