Estonian musician Hedvig Hanson has put her house in Viljandi on the market, describing the city as one of Estonia's most beautiful with a tranquil pace of life. Hanson, who has lived in the house as its first owner for seven years, is selling the property located in the green area of Peetrimõisa.

Viljandi is definitely one of the most beautiful cities in Estonia to live in. Nice landscape, valleys, hills, lakes... everything within reach, yet a calm pace of life.

She highlighted the house's suitability for families with children, noting the presence of well-behaved children on her street and the proximity of a school accessible by bus. A dedicated bike path also connects to the city center. Hanson encouraged sharing the post to reach individuals looking to leave apartment living or move from a larger city to a more peaceful environment.

My house, where I have lived as the first owner for 7 years, is for sale in Viljandi! It would be well-suited for a family with children – there are well-behaved children on my street! The city center school is three bus stops away, and there is also a light traffic road to the city.

The musician explained that the home was created with love but is a temporary residence for her, intended for the period her children attended school in Viljandi and when living in the countryside was no longer feasible for several reasons. The house is listed for 266,000 euros, with its price determined in consultation with a property appraiser.
