Mysterious Break-ins Plague German Town: Funeral Home, Pub, and Shop Targeted

Police in Mittenwald, Germany, are investigating a series of peculiar break-ins that have left authorities puzzled. Three separate incidents, occurring between Friday and Monday, share unusual characteristics, prompting an investigation into whether a single unknown perpetrator is responsible.

The first incidents involved two break-ins at the Mittenwald funeral home. An unknown individual forced entry through two doors, with police suspecting the motive was to find shelter for the night. This was followed by a break-in at a local pub, where the perpetrator gained access through an unlocked door and helped themselves to food from the kitchen refrigerator.

Adding to the mystery, a clothing store was also targeted. Between Saturday and Monday, an unknown burglar forced open a sliding door and stole approximately 2,000 euros in cash. The police are currently analyzing the evidence gathered from all three scenes to ascertain any connections and identify the individual responsible.
