Nam Can Tho University offers over 2,000 scholarships for new students

Nam Can Tho University (DNC) is extending a significant welcome to prospective students by offering more than 2,000 scholarships, valued between 6 million and 27 million Vietnamese dong each. These scholarships aim to support new students, recognizing their academic efforts throughout high school and easing the financial burden of higher education. The university offers a diverse academic landscape with 49 training majors and 14 programs delivered entirely in English, fostering an international learning environment.

Scholarship opportunities are varied, catering to a wide range of achievements. Top awards include 80% tuition waivers for students who have won first, second, or third prizes in national Olympiad competitions or international contests. A 50% tuition scholarship is available for those with national honorable mentions, provincial-level competition wins, or for children of martyrs. Further support includes a 30% tuition scholarship for children of war invalids or orphans, and a 15% scholarship for siblings studying at the university.

Beyond financial aid, DNC emphasizes a modern educational environment closely linked to practical application. The university holds prestigious certifications like QS Stars 4 stars and UPM 5 stars, and its affiliated Nam Can Tho University Hospital has achieved AACI (USA) accreditation. The university ecosystem comprises four member schools: the School of Health Sciences, School of Law and Economics, School of Technology and Engineering, and School of Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence. This structure facilitates integrated learning across education, practice, and scientific research. Notably, health sciences students gain hands-on clinical experience at the university hospital during their studies.
