Japanese tennis player Naomi Osaka has reached the fourth round of Wimbledon for the first time, marking a personal best at the All England Club. The fourteenth seed secured her spot by defeating Daria Kasatkina of Australia with a convincing score of 6-1, 6-3.

Osaka's dominant performance lasted just 65 minutes. She showcased her power throughout the match, particularly in the first set where she lost only five points on her serve. She maintained her strong play to prevent Kasatkina from mounting a comeback, ultimately closing out the victory efficiently.

This achievement adds to Osaka's consistent Grand Slam record, having reached the fourth round in every major tournament at least once. In total, she has reached this stage nine times across all Grand Slams, including multiple appearances at the Australian Open and the U.S. Open. She is now among the thirty-one active players to have achieved this feat.

Osaka is set to face the world number one, Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus, in the next round. Sabalenka will advance to this match if she wins her own upcoming duel against Latvia's Jelena Ostapenko.
