Naver Introduces 'N-Delivery FBN' Fulfillment Solution to Expand Early Morning and Sunday Deliveries

Naver is set to significantly enhance the delivery experience for its Smart Store users with the launch of its new fulfillment solution, 'N-Delivery FBN.' The open beta service, commencing on August 16, promises to broaden the range of products available for early morning and Sunday deliveries, catering to a wider customer base.

N-Delivery FBN is designed to alleviate the logistical pressures on sellers by managing complex fulfillment operations, including inventory management, exchanges, returns, and customer service, once products reach the logistics center. The actual storage, dispatch, and delivery will be handled by Naver Fulfillment Alliance (NFA) logistics partners.

For consumers, this means a more diverse selection of goods, extending beyond daily necessities to include fresh foods, health products, and children's items, all accessible through N-Delivery. While previous N-Delivery services focused on same-day and next-day deliveries, N-Delivery FBN will introduce early morning and Sunday delivery options for participating sellers' products.

Furthermore, the return process is slated for simplification starting in August. Packages sent via N-Delivery FBN will be automatically collected by a dedicated courier, and a specialized return center will expedite inspection and processing. Naver plans to leverage its logistics platform experience, data analysis capabilities, and NFA's expertise to provide increasingly accurate and reliable delivery services.
