Istanbul has become the latest host city for the Basketball Without Borders (BWB) Next Up camp, celebrating the program's 25th anniversary. The event has gathered promising young basketball players from around the globe, alongside notable figures from the NBA.

Everyone I know, including my national team teammates, told me that Istanbul is the best city they have played in. I am very excited to be here. We had the opportunity to see a bit of the city yesterday, and it was truly wonderful.

Former NBA star Danilo Gallinari, attending the camp in Istanbul for the first time, shared his initial impressions. He revealed that many of his former national teammates, including those he played with on national teams, have consistently told him Istanbul is the best city they have ever played in.
