Necip Uysal's Emotional Farewell to Beşiktaş Fans at Tüpraş Stadium

Veteran player Necip Uysal shared an emotional farewell with Beşiktaş supporters at the Tüpraş Stadium prior to the team's opening Süper Lig match against Eyüpspor. The 35-year-old footballer was met with a guard of honor formed by his teammates as he entered the tunnel from the locker room. Accompanied by his family, Uysal was warmly applauded by the players and the stands.

During a brief ceremony, Uysal expressed his gratitude to the fans. "Great Beşiktaş fans, thank you all very much. You were always by my side in good times and bad. I love you all. Forgive me for any wrongs," he said. Following his speech, current captain Orkun Kökçü presented Uysal with a bouquet of flowers, and President Serdal Adalı gifted him a framed jersey bearing his iconic number 20.

Responding to chants from the crowd, Uysal climbed to the north stand to lead the stadium in the traditional "üçlü çektirme" (three cheers). Uysal, who first played for Beşiktaş in 2009 under manager Mustafa Denizli, spent his entire professional career with the club. During his tenure, he won three Süper Lig titles, three Turkish Cups, and two Turkish Super Cups.
