Nestlé Nigeria Opens Applications for Community Scholarship Programme

Nestlé Nigeria is inviting applications for its Community Scholarship Programme for the 2026/2027 academic session, continuing its dedication to fostering educational advancement among young people in its host communities. Since its inception in 2020, the program has successfully supported more than 250 students, aiming to alleviate the financial burdens of education and create pathways for Nigerian youth to achieve academic success.

The scholarship is specifically designed for students pursuing degrees in Science and Technology. It provides crucial financial assistance to cover expenses such as tuition fees, textbooks, and other essential school-related costs. This program underscores Nestlé's broader objective of equipping young Nigerians with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute meaningfully to the nation's development, while simultaneously enhancing opportunities within its operational communities.

Victoria Uwadoka, Nestlé Nigeria's Lead for Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, and Sustainability, highlighted that the scholarship program embodies Nestlé's core belief in the symbiotic relationship between business growth and community progress.
