Netanyahu stated that the strategic objectives of both nations concerning Iran remain identical, despite U.S. efforts to pursue a comprehensive nuclear deal with Tehran.

Speaking to Fox News, Netanyahu addressed rumors of a conflict between himself and Trump, saying, "I don't think there is a rift." He emphasized the strong alliance between the two countries, declaring, "There is no greater ally for Israel than the United States, and there is no greater ally for the United States than Israel."

Netanyahu explained that while Trump acts in America's national interest and he acts in Israel's national interest, their positions largely align. "President Trump is acting in the interest of the United States as a leader, and I am acting in the interest of Israel as the leader of the only Jewish state," he said. "We have the same perspective 99% of the time."
