New C4 headquarters under construction in Naucalpan

Naucalpan, Mexico is constructing a new Command, Control, Communication, and Computing (C4) center, set to replace the current facilities. This modern complex, located in the Municipal Headquarters area on the La Victoria plot, will significantly enhance the municipality's emergency response capabilities.

The new Center for Command, Control, Communication and Computing (C4) of Naucalpan, which will replace the current facilities, will have a videowall to monitor more than a thousand video surveillance cameras in real time and will concentrate the areas of Civil Protection, Firefighters and Paramedics, the municipality reported.

The new C4 center will boast a large videowall capable of monitoring more than a thousand surveillance cameras in real-time. It will also serve as a central hub for key emergency services, integrating the operations of Civil Protection, Firefighters, and Paramedics under one roof. The facility is designed with four main areas: administrative, services, monitoring, and complementary spaces for security and emergency personnel.

The new building is being constructed on the La Victoria plot, in the Municipal Headquarters, on a surface area of 3,211 square meters.

The monitoring area alone will span approximately 469 square meters and will house 36 operation stations, a specialized data center, and five offices. The construction of this advanced C4 center was announced in November 2025, with an estimated investment of 56.7 million pesos. The project is progressing on a 3,211 square meter site, signaling a significant upgrade in Naucalpan's public safety infrastructure.
