New residential complex to launch in South Korea's growing Cheonan Asan area

ASAN, SOUTH KOREA – The Hyudae district in Asan is emerging as a new residential center, drawing housing demand south of the Cheonan Asan Station. This area promises residents access to established amenities while offering the fresh appeal of a developing district.

The Hyudae district is positioned as a key starting point for the southern expansion of the Cheonan Asan Station area. It offers convenient access to the KTX and SRT high-speed rail lines, as well as the Asan Station on Subway Line 1. Future development includes a large-scale integrated transport center, which received approval last year, signaling significant investment and growth potential.

This urban renewal project, with a total investment of 673.5 billion won by 2030, aims to create a complex hub integrating transportation with business, commercial, and cultural facilities. The surrounding area is also seeing industrial and business expansion, with plans to develop the Cheonan-Asan KTX station area into a business convergence hub combining manufacturing R&D with MICE industries.

Amidst this development, Hansung Construction will launch 'Cheonan Asan Station Grand City Philhaus Block 1' in June. The complex will feature 1,534 units, with 1,380 available for general sale, ranging from 84 to 103 square meters. The development boasts proximity to transportation, employment centers like Samsung display and electronics facilities, and existing commercial and educational infrastructure in the nearby Buldang district.
