New skin clinic opens in Fiji, offering advanced dermal therapies

Fiji's beauty and wellness sector has taken a significant step forward with the launch of the Australian Verve Lounge in Suva. The new clinic introduces advanced dermal therapies, aiming to elevate the local industry.

27 years ago I moved to Australia and then I moved back to Fiji to open a skin clinic. So skin clinic is very different from beauty parlours and spas. We work on the dermal layers of the skin.

Founder and Director Feriel Ali, who returned to Fiji after living abroad for decades, highlighted the clinic's unique offerings. The clinic specializes in treatments focused on skin longevity, including vegan exosomes and PDRN salmon DNA therapy, which are new to the Fijian market.

The Verve Lounge has invested in its staff, employing seven trained specialists to ensure treatments meet international standards. Ali expressed enthusiasm for bringing cutting-edge innovations to Fiji, stating, "Because we are an Australian-based clinic, we can bring it a bit earlier in the country." The clinic's vision is to offer "the best of the best," merging scientific skin health with a holistic experience.

Located at Tappoo City in Suva, the clinic has already seen strong demand, with back-to-back bookings from Fijians eager to experience the latest in skin enhancement. The launch also included new wellness products, such as a collagen drink, signaling a growing interest in advanced beauty and wellness solutions within Fiji.
