Nigeria Police Academy announces screening timetable for 13th Regular Course

The Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State, has released the timetable for its screening exercise for the 13th Regular Course. Applicants are invited to participate in the screening, which is scheduled to commence on September 9, 2026.

The entire screening process, encompassing a Computer-Based Test (CBT), physical features assessment, medical screening, and a Selection Board interview, will take place from September 9 to September 18. Candidates are required to print their examination slips between August 25 and September 8.

The CBT will be conducted in batches according to candidates' states of origin. The first batch on September 9 includes candidates from Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, and Bauchi. Subsequent batches on September 10 and 11 cover states like Bauchi (Batch B), Bayelsa, Benue, Borno, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, the Federal Capital Territory, Gombe, and Imo.

Candidates from Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Lagos, and Nasarawa states will have their CBTs on September 12 and 13. The exercise continues through September 16 for candidates from Yobe and Zamfara states.

Applicants must bring original and photocopies of their Primary School Leaving Certificate, SSCE result, JAMB result slip, birth certificate or declaration of age, LGA indigene certificate, letter of identification, a completed guarantor’s form, a medical certificate of fitness from a government hospital, NIN slip, four passport photographs, and their application acknowledgement slip. They are also instructed to wear a white T-shirt, white shorts, white socks, and white canvas shoes. The academy advised candidates to arrive a day before their scheduled date and will provide accommodation within the academy during the screening period, with parents barred from entry.
