Nigerian Air Force bombs terrorist hideouts in Borno, neutralizes fighters

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has intensified its counter-terrorism efforts in Borno State, targeting identified terrorist hideouts and logistics structures in the Biramiri and Gezuwa general areas. These coordinated precision strikes, based on credible Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) reports, have successfully destroyed key terrorist facilities and neutralized several insurgents.

According to Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, Director of Public Relations and Information for the NAF, the operation significantly crippled the operational capacity of the insurgents. The sustained air bombardments have created an atmosphere of fear and confusion among terrorist elements operating in the Sambisa axis. Intelligence assessments indicate growing apprehension and disorientation within their ranks, as the continuous strikes deny them freedom of movement and safe havens.
