NITA committed to inclusive digital transformation – AG DG

Nana Yaw Amoah-Yeboah, the Acting Director-General of NITA, emphasized that technology should not remain an exclusive pursuit for a limited group.

"The priority of National Information Technology Agency (NITA) is to ensure that technology does not become a lofty pursuit accessible only to a select few, but a tool whose benefits are felt by people across Ghana," Amoah-Yeboah stated. This vision underscores NITA's commitment to bridging the digital divide and empowering the broader population through technology.

NITA is actively working on initiatives to broaden access and ensure that the advantages of digital advancements are widely distributed throughout Ghana. The agency's efforts are geared towards making technology a practical tool that enhances the lives of people from all walks of life, fostering a more equitable digital landscape.
