Kuala Lumpur's beloved Panggung Anniversari is set to resonate once again with the melodies of the past as it hosts the 'Throwback Hits: Retro Bangkit' event this Saturday, April 25, 2026. This initiative, part of the broader 'Semarak Seni @ Panggung Anniversari 2026' program by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL), aims to breathe new life into the cultural heart of our capital city.

The evening promises a journey back in time, featuring renowned Malaysian artists Dato’ Siti Fairuz and Azan Scan, whose performances will be enhanced by the musical arrangements of Siluman Production and NFG Band. These artists are not just performers; they are custodians of our musical heritage, and their participation ensures an authentic and vibrant retro experience. DBKL, through its Department of Culture, Arts, Tourism, and Sports (CATS), is collaborating with the Malaysian Veteran Artists Foundation to honor the significant contributions of these veteran artists.
