Nus Kei Family Denies Involvement in Bekasi Murder, Challenges Police Narrative

The family of the late Agrapinus Rumatora, widely known as Nus Kei, has vehemently refuted allegations linking him to a murder that occurred in Bekasi in 2019. The family's legal counsel, Pangeran Mangkubumi, directly challenged the Maluku Regional Police's assertion that Nus Kei was motivated by revenge for the Bekasi incident, emphasizing that Nus Kei was never named a suspect in that case.

This denial comes after the Maluku Regional Police identified two suspects in Nus Kei's murder, claiming they acted out of vengeance for their brother, Fenansius Wadanubun, alias Dani Holat, who allegedly died in the Bekasi incident. However, Nus Kei's wife, Renilda Samudra Sari, dismissed these claims, stating there is no administrative or legal evidence to support the accusation that her husband was behind Dani Holat's death. She rightly pointed out that any criminal involvement would typically leave a traceable record.
