Nusuk Marhaba welcomes pilgrims at over 25 Saudi entry points

Nusuk Marhaba, a key initiative from Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, is actively welcoming pilgrims at more than 25 entry points across the Kingdom. The program provides essential reception, guidance, and orientation services designed to ensure a smooth and spiritual start to pilgrims' journeys.

Operating at land, air, and sea entry points, Nusuk Marhaba focuses on organizing pilgrim movement and facilitating their passage through various stages. This initiative strengthens coordination among all entities present at the Kingdom's ports of entry, ultimately aiming to deliver enhanced services to pilgrims. It directly supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.

The program's success is evident in its service delivery. Since the commencement of the 1448 AH Umrah season, Nusuk Marhaba has assisted over 922,913 pilgrims. A dedicated team of 292 staff members, operating under a comprehensive plan, has conducted thousands of field visits to monitor service quality, with a remarkably low number of findings, underscoring the efficiency of operations.

During the 1447 AH Hajj season, the initiative served nearly 1.5 million pilgrims, demonstrating its significant role in enhancing the pilgrim experience from arrival to departure. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah remains committed to the continuous development of Nusuk Marhaba, aiming to further boost its operational readiness and integration with relevant bodies. This ongoing effort seeks to provide a distinguished arrival experience that embodies Saudi hospitality and ensures a more reassuring journey for all pilgrims.
