Romanian celebrity Oana Roman ignited a firestorm on TikTok with a scathing attack on sovereigntists, labeling them "traitors," "scum," and "rotten." She even suggested revoking their Romanian citizenship, calling them "anti-national" and "anti-European."

Her remarks, which included lumping them with specific political groups like PSD, AUR, and "Georgists," quickly drew ire from social media users. Many criticized her harsh language, accusing her of insulting millions of Romanians and being hypocritical given her family's political history. One prominent critic, referencing her father, former Prime Minister Petre Roman, accused her of forgetting her privileged upbringing and enjoying benefits from taxpayer money.
