Oasis hints at Barcelona stop on possible 2027 European tour

Barcelona is gaining ground as the likely Spanish stop on a possible Oasis European tour in 2027. Fans have been decoding a series of symbolic videos posted by the Gallagher brothers, identifying clues to cities including Berlin, Glasgow and their home city of Manchester.

In the fourth video, a man plays a Spanish guitar inside a tavern while a Joan Miró poster referring to Barcelona’s 1992 Olympics hangs in the background. The illustration includes the dates June 18 to Aug. 26, suggesting the period in which concerts could take place in the Catalan capital next summer.

The video appears to support a report published by the British newspaper The Sun, which said Oasis could perform several concerts at Barcelona’s Estadi Olímpic and Amsterdam’s Johan Cruyff Stadium. The same report said the tour would visit Scotland, Ireland, England, Italy, Spain, France and Germany.

The speculation comes as Oasis presents its autobiographical documentary, Oasis: Don’t Look Back in Anger. The film revisits the Gallagher brothers’ 2009 split, including the cancellation of a Paris performance and the rest of their European tour, before tracing their reconciliation and return to the stage. It opens in cinemas this week and will arrive on Disney+ at the end of the year.

The brothers did not perform together again until the Oasis Live ’25 Tour began in Cardiff on July 4, 2025. The documentary includes footage of rehearsals and the tour, the reactions of fans and the brothers’ first joint interview in more than two decades. The band is reportedly expected to announce the concerts officially in the coming days.
