Bangladesh's government has announced a series of appointments and transfers for secretaries across several ministries and divisions. The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification detailing these changes.

Among the key movements, Sakhawat Hossain, formerly the secretary to the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, has been attached to the Ministry of Public Administration. Similarly, Obaydur Rahman, who previously served as secretary to the Ministry of Housing and Public Works and before that to the Ministry of Industries, has also been reassigned to the Ministry of Public Administration.

In other significant changes, Jasmin Nahar, an additional secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been promoted to the rank of secretary. She has been appointed to the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education. Mohammad Saiful Islam, who was the secretary for the Energy and Mineral Resources Division, has been transferred to the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief.

Ziaul Hoque, an additional secretary within the Energy and Mineral Resources Division, has also received a promotion to secretary and has been posted to the same division, taking over responsibilities there.
