Ohio Town in Shock After 16 Kids Found in Squalor 'Right Under Our Noses'

A small Ohio town is reeling after authorities uncovered a shocking case of child neglect, with 16 children found living in deplorable conditions. The discovery was made in Hamden, Ohio, when law enforcement responded to an unrelated investigation at a residence.

Investigators found the children, ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years, were largely confined to a single small room within the house.
