Okon Bags PSIN Award for Transformational Leadership

Imeh Okon, the Administrator and Chief Executive Officer of the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN), has been honored with the "Pillar of Struggle" Award by the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (ASCSN), PSIN Unit. The award celebrates her transformational leadership and dedication to staff welfare.

The recognition, presented during the 2026 Workers’ Day celebration, highlights Okon's impactful tenure since assuming office on September 1, 2025. The ASCSN commended her for fostering a positive work environment and implementing policies that have boosted staff productivity and supported institutional growth.

In her acceptance message, Okon congratulated the PSIN staff, acknowledging their vital contribution to the institute's successes.
