Omani motorsport professional Sanad Al Rawahi becomes FIA's first scholarship recipient

Omani motorsport professional Sanad Al Rawahi has achieved a significant career milestone by becoming the inaugural recipient of the FIA University Scholarship Programme. This prestigious award grants him a place in the Master’s in International Sports Management at the European Sport Business School (ESBS) in Spain.

The FIA University Scholarship Programme aims to cultivate future leaders in motorsport by supporting talented individuals from emerging motorsport nations. Al Rawahi, who currently serves as Motorsport Manager at the Oman Automobile Association (OAA), brings over a decade of experience, including roles as a marshal, coach, and event organizer.

FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem highlighted the scholarship's role in creating new pathways into motorsport management. "It gives me the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry, and I hope to bring that knowledge back to Oman to help develop local talent and contribute to the growth of motorsport across the region."
