Ooni of Ife welcomes baby girl months after birth of twin princes

The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has welcomed a new addition to his royal family, announcing the birth of a baby princess with his wife, Olori Oluwatosin. This joyous occasion comes just three months after the monarch and another wife, Olori Mariam Ajibola, celebrated the birth of twin princes.

In a Facebook post, the Ooni shared his gratitude to God for the safe delivery of the princess. He confirmed that both Olori Oluwatosin and the newborn are in excellent health. The announcement was met with congratulations for the entire House of Oduduwa, with prayers for the princess to flourish in wisdom, grace, and honor.

This latest arrival marks another significant event for the royal household. The birth of the twin princes in May was also shared on social media, with the Ooni expressing similar sentiments of gratitude for the well-being of the mother and children. The monarch has been married to multiple wives, a situation he previously explained as being tied to the traditional heritage of Ile Ife.
