Ordu to host international cycling races in 2026

Ordu, Turkey, is set to become a focal point for international cycling in 2026, hosting two major events: the "Ordu Coast to Summit" and the "Ordu Black Sea Classic" races. These competitions are poised to draw significant attention to the region's stunning natural landscapes, from its coastlines to its high-altitude plateaus.

Organized under the coordination of the Turkish Cycling Federation, the races will bring together athletes from 32 countries, including 24 professional teams. This international gathering aims not only to provide a challenging racing experience for the cyclists but also to prominently feature Ordu's scenic routes and burgeoning tourism potential on a global stage.

Both events are included in the International Cycling Union (UCI) 2026 calendar and are classified as UCI 1.2 category races.
