She Rises Global Limited has unveiled the She Rises Leadership Academy (SRLA), a new initiative designed to equip emerging women leaders in Nigeria with essential skills, confidence, and support. The academy aims to empower them to drive significant change within their communities and beyond.

The inaugural program is set to run from July 22 to August 1, 2026, bringing together a founding cohort of 10 women for an intensive leadership experience. The curriculum focuses on critical areas such as self-awareness, communication, innovation, wellness, personal development, and strategic leadership.

Halimat Sadiya Hadi, Founder and Director-General of SRLA, stated that the academy offers more than traditional leadership training. It emphasizes personal and professional growth, rooted in the belief that effective leadership starts with self-discovery and transformation. "Nigeria is filled with extraordinary women who possess the talent, intelligence, resilience and vision to create meaningful change," Hadi said. "What many of them need is not just another training programme, but a community that believes in them, invests in them and walks alongside them as they grow."

The academy's four sessions will cover leadership identity, confidence-building, and purpose, followed by modules on communication, influence, innovation, strategic thinking, and leadership in action. The program culminates on August 1 with a Demo Day and graduation ceremony. Participants will collaborate on a Leadership Impact Challenge, developing practical solutions to community issues, which they will present to a judging panel.

Beyond the intensive training, graduates will become part of the She Rises Alumni Community, a network offering mentorship, professional support, leadership opportunities, and continued guidance. The organization plans to monitor graduates' progress for up to a year post-program. She Rises Global Ltd., headquartered in Abuja, has ambitious goals, aiming to expand its presence to at least 10 African countries by 2030 and become Africa's leading institution for women's leadership and development by 2035.
