Þorvaldur Einarsson Appointed CEO of Ofar

Þorvaldur Einarsson has been named the new CEO of Ofar, a company within the Nova club. Einarsson brings a wealth of experience to the role, having most recently served as the technology and development director at Lyfja since 2022. In his previous position, he was responsible for IT and the development of digital services.

Before his tenure at Lyfja, Einarsson worked as a business development manager at App Dynamic. He also held leadership positions at Origo and Nýherja, companies that preceded Ofar. Einarsson holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland.
