The Forum, in a statement signed by its Chairman and Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, also lauded the Osun electorate for their participation and commended all candidates.

Adeleke, running on the Accord Party ticket, secured his re-election in the August 15 poll, defeating the All Progressives Congress candidate. The election drew considerable attention as a key off-cycle contest preceding the 2027 general elections, closely monitored by political entities, civil society groups, and election observers. The NGF highlighted the high voter turnout as proof of continued Nigerian interest in democracy.
