ÖSYM Warns DGS Candidates on Educational Information Update: Deadline July 31

The Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) has issued an important announcement for candidates applying for the 2026 Vertical Transfer Exam (2026-DGS). The announcement emphasizes that candidates' undergraduate educational information will be used for the DGS evaluation process.

Candidates are required to access the Aday İşlemleri Sistemi (AIS) via the provided link between July 23 and July 31, 2026. During this period, they must carefully review the educational information intended for use in placement and evaluation, select it, and confirm it by the deadline of July 31, 2026, at 23:59.

For candidates who believe there are errors or omissions in their educational information, ÖSYM has outlined a specific procedure. These candidates must first contact the higher education institutions from which they graduated or will graduate. They need to ensure their educational details are corrected through the YÖKSİS system by July 31 and then confirm these changes via AIS. If educational information cannot be added to YÖKSİS, candidates must have their details processed through their schools via the Public Institutions Operating System (KKİS) before proceeding with the confirmation on AIS.

ÖSYM stressed that individual requests for changes or corrections made directly to the center, either by candidates or universities, will not be accepted under any circumstances. This highlights the critical importance of candidates diligently managing their educational information through the designated systems within the specified timeframe.
