Over 1 Million Soms in Violations Found at Chuy Region Construction Sites

Violations exceeding 1 million Kyrgyz soms have been uncovered at construction sites across the Chuy region, according to the Ministry of Construction. Inspectors conducted checks on 25 industrial construction facilities, including concrete and asphalt plants, as well as crushing and sorting complexes.

The inspections focused on verifying the presence of necessary permits and project documentation, adherence to urban planning legislation, compliance of ongoing work with approved designs, and observance of construction norms. The ministry reported that fines were levied against state enterprises "Aral-Boom" and "Mostostroyotryad," along with limited liability companies "Avira Group," "Bishkek Invest," and "Bishkek Distribution."

In addition to the financial penalties, which collectively surpassed 1 million soms, all identified violators have been issued directives to correct the discovered breaches within stipulated deadlines. This action highlights ongoing efforts to enforce regulatory compliance within the construction sector in Kyrgyzstan.
