Panathinaikos players choose new jersey numbers for upcoming season

Panathinaikos is set to begin the new season with a reshuffled jersey number lineup. New signings have selected their preferred digits, and several existing players have also changed numbers from the previous season.

Among the most prominent changes, Inaki Peña will wear the number 1 jersey, though his favorite number is 13. Stefan de Vrij takes over the number 6, previously worn by Manolis Siopis, who moves to number 24. Adriano Jagušić has switched from number 88 to number 8, a number previously assigned to Renato Sanches.

In attack, Ciro Desser leaves number 33 for number 9, which belonged to Anas Zarouri last season. The Moroccan winger has moved to number 11, while Santino Antino retains number 10. Other new faces include Tsapras, who chose number 19, and Kamara, who will wear number 22. Rastoder has taken number 74, a number he has sported at previous clubs like Vaduz, Grasshoppers, and Thun.
