Paraguay requests extradition of Chilean man for taking daughter

A Paraguayan judge has formally requested Argentina to extradite a 39-year-old Chilean citizen who is currently detained in the Argentine city of Resistencia. The man is accused of irregularly taking his two-year-old daughter from Paraguay, an act that prompted an international search and legal proceedings.
